Giving Is Fun Initiatives

Giving is fun initiative started in 2015 and it was officially registered as an NGO on 29th june 2018.
Giving is fun initiative is an NGO basically for widows where we solicit on behalf of widows from Government, Companies, Ministries, Organisations, Individuals etc
Our Aims and Objectives is to:
Empower widows to be self accountable and self reliant thereby extricate themselves from poverty
We do screening of eye test and provide them with necessary drugs and eye glasses.
We provide relief materials, physical and financial assistance to widows who are in need.
We also create employment opportunities for widows through skill acquisition trainings and seminars.
Our Vision and Mission:
Our vision was generated from the story of our founder regarding what she has been through with her mother been a WIDOW. Having felt the pain shared from her story we decided to join hands with her as a team to build her foundation in helping other WIDOWS in our society.
Therefore, our foundation is to support every WIDOW in our society through whatever legal means we could get help from.
Achievements
GIVING IS FUN INITIATIVE has roughly 2,000 WIDOWS as registered members that we cater, empower and support in the last 4 years.
We gotten numerous awards as acknowledge and encouragement tagged to our foundation.
Our foundation also received a huge support from the government through
His Excellency ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU (Former Governor of Lagos State) on the 3rd of December, 2018.
